Commercialisation & Intellectual Property Committee
The role of the Commercialisation and Intellectual Property Committee (CIPC) is to advise the APC’s Executive Management Group on technology transfer, recommend and oversee procedures for the capture, protection and exploitation of intellectual property arising from the Research Programmes and notification of such IP to APC Industry Partners, and to facilitate any disputes that may arise regarding the ownership of Foreground IP.
The CIPC typically meets twice a year and comprises the following membership:
