Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships:

If you have a PhD or four years research experience why not consider applying for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship in Ireland with the APC and train and develop your career in a leading research organization in microbiome research. Fellows will be supervised and mentored by experienced scientists and an opportunity to avail of excellent Career Development and Education and Public Engagement programmes to ensure the fellow gains valuable transferrable skills. European Research Council Grants (ERCs):

ERC is a highly competitive funding scheme which funds excellent frontier research at three levels as follows:

  • ERC Starting Grant for young, early-career top researchers (2-7 years after PhD) -up to 2 million euro for a period of 5 years.
  • ERC Consolidator Grant for already independent excellent researchers 7-12 years after PhD) -up to 2.75 million euro for a period of 5 years.
  • ERC Advanced Grant for senior research leaders with significant research achievements in the last 10 years -up to 3.5 million euro for a period of 5 years.

If you are a high calibre research with a pioneering idea then you should consider applying for a European Research Council (ERC) grant with the APC as you host. As your host we can offer state-of-the-art facilities, expertise and support for your research programme. In addition, successful awardees may also avail of extra financial support should you consider us as your host.
