Welcome to our Horizon 2020 webpage.
What is Horizon 2020?
Horizon 2020 is the biggest funding programme ever created by the European Union to support and foster Research and Innovation in the European Research Area. With nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014-2020), the goal of Horizon 2020 is to produce world-class science, remove barriers to innovation and make it easier for the public and private sector to work together in delivering innovation. It promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market.
We are interested in pursuing opportunities with individual researchers, research organisations, SMEs and industry across the three main pillars of the H2020 programmes: Excellent Science, Industrial Leadership and Societal Challenges (in particular SC1-Health and SC2-Food).
