Gerard Clarke
Biography
Gerard is a Lecturer in the Dept. Psychiatry at University College Cork. He has an MSc in Neuropharmacology from National University of Ireland Galway and a PhD in Psychiatry from University College Cork. His research interests are translational biological markers of stress and cognition in disorders such as depression and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); brain-gut-microbiome axis dysregulation and tryptophan metabolism.
